This course will give you a better understanding about mental health, mental disorders, and appropriate massage considerations. Discussions include sleep disorders and anxiety disorders including panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorders. The course also discusses depressive disorders such as prenatal and postpartum depression as well as eating disorders and substance use disorders.
